Spain – Electrical equipment for engines and vehicles – Contratación de suministro de repuestos para el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los vehículos que integran la flota de la Confederación Hidrográfica del Segura, O.A. Años: 2026-2028.

In accordance with Article 28 of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts (hereinafter LCSP), the contract in question is necessary to fulfil and achieve the institutional purposes of the Confederación Hidrográfica del Segura, O.A. (hereinafter CHS). The CHS has a fleet of 130 vehicles assigned to the various Units of the Organisation, intended for the maintenance of hydraulic infrastructures, control of the public hydraulic domain and operational services. Given the intensity of use and the diversity of ages and manufacturers, it is necessary to have a continuous supply of spare parts and other maintenance elements to ensure the operability, safety and continuity of public service. Having the obligation to keep the vehicles in good condition and given that the CHS has facilities and qualified personnel to carry out these maintenance tasks, it is necessary to continue the procurement of spare parts for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicles that make up the CHS fleet.
