Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Fondaparinux, ATC B01AX05 für die Zeit 01.06.2026 - 31.05.2028 (zzgl. Verlängerungsoption 1x12 Monate)

Section 130a, paragraph 8, of the SGB V allows health insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework rebate contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, the DAK-Gesundheit regularly conducts substance-related, formal tendering procedures in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB. For medicines to be specified by the bidder in Annex 2 to the contract for the aforementioned substance Fondaparinux, ATC B01AX05, the DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude rebate contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until new pharmaceutical rebate contracts come into force. A rebate contract under the approval model for the aforementioned substance will come into effect for the first time on 01.06.2026 and will end on 31.05.2028 (plus extension option 1x12 months). It will automatically end with the entry into force of the exclusive contract, regardless.
