The subject of the procurement is the procurement, delivery, installation, integration, configuration, functional testing, commissioning, and user training for the multimedia and stage equipment of the Nedelišće Cultural Centre. The subject of the procurement is divided into the following groups: Group 1 – Procurement and installation of audio equipment – includes a professional sound reinforcement system, sound management system, microphone systems, audio network infrastructure, background sound system, and related equipment necessary to establish a functional audio system. Group 2 – Procurement and installation of video equipment – includes systems for video display and content presentation, projector and display equipment, interactive screens, video wall, information kiosks, presentation systems, AV control devices, and related equipment necessary to establish a functional video system. Group 3 – Procurement of stage equipment with lighting – includes professional stage lighting, lighting control system, lighting fixtures, stage construction, mobile stage, and related equipment necessary for the maintenance of cultural, artistic, and other public events. The subject of the procurement includes all equipment, materials, works, and services necessary for the proper execution of the contract, including transport, delivery, installation, connection, configuration, functional testing, commissioning, delivery of technical documentation and warranties, and user training for equipment handling. Detailed technical specifications and quantities of equipment are defined by the cost estimate and technical specifications for each group of the subject of the procurement, which are an integral part of the Procurement Documentation.
