The City of Helsinki's Construction Services Department, Stara, invites tenders in accordance with this tender notice and its attached documents. The subject of the procurement is expert support for the implementation of Stara's results improvement and efficiency programme. The service provider's task is to support Stara in developing the programme plan into a prioritised, guided and monitored set of measures, and to promote the practical implementation of the measures in cooperation with Stara's management, project office and responsible persons.
