Contract for the supply and installation of a 22 kV switchgear of the quantity and quality detailed in the technical specification of the procurement, to the 132/22 kV substation in Balmazújváros. Quantities: 1 x 22 kV switchgear to be procured, delivered and installed in the switchgear building. The switchgear contains: 18 cells, 14 x consumer, 2 x feeder and 1 (+1) x busbar section (+busbar lift) bay. During the expansion of the 132/22 kV substation in Balmazújváros, a new switchgear building with a cable basement is being constructed. The new switchgear is to be installed in the new switchgear building with a cable basement. Detailed tasks of the Contractor:

• Procurement and delivery of the 22 kV switchgear to the Client's substation.

• Installation of the switchgear, installation on the finished base/ base frame, fixing, assembly, assembly of primary wiring

• Connection of the switchgear to the earthing network.

• Assembly of the secondary compartments of the switchgear, assembly of the internal busbars of the switchgear. The construction drawings and protective devices will be made available by the Client.

• Carrying out post-installation measurements, documentation and handover of the switchgear to the Client in a commissionable state with all operating documentation and all the tools necessary for operation and maintenance. The Seller's warranty covers the period from the date of commissioning of the Goods for 24 months, or from the date of delivery to site for 30 months, whichever occurs first ("General Warranty"). Exceptions are made for the warranty for corrosion protection, which is 10 years from the date of delivery to site.
