Austria – Software-related services – Rahmenvereinbarung über SAP BW Support

The aim of the tender is the application support, development and operation in the area of SAP BW.

Tasks:

- Establishing, monitoring, and analyzing and optimizing the required staging activities

- Setting up data extractors, data access, ETL layers and data modeling for the BI systems (incl. source system adjustments)

- Conducting functional tests/development tests and handover to user tests

- Documenting the conducted functional tests

- Test case description for user tests

- Participation in integration and acceptance tests

- Support of the LINZ AG BW key performance indicator (KPI) system

- Creating queries and analysis evaluations

- SAP BDC and Analysis for Office

- Creating, updating, maintaining and managing the required documentation (operating manual, user manual, instructions, knowledge base, etc.)

- Extending functionality through enhancement programs according to the standards of the LAG development guidelines
