Framework agreement for the supply of foodstuffs in 3 lots for the contracting authority. It is noted that for each lot, the contracting authority commits to a minimum purchase of 90% of the base quantity specified in the invitation. The contracting authority has determined the base quantity to be purchased based on previous experience, however, the quantity cannot be fully planned due to the actual number of patients and the number of days spent in the hospital.
