The Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois (CFL) plans to construct a new signal box. As the capacity of the existing signal box is insufficient during extensions and transformations in the south-west section of the railway network, CFL plans to build a new, modern signal box in Pétange. The project is part of a comprehensive expansion and modernisation programme aimed at improving the performance and reliability of the infrastructure. This call for tender concerns a mission for cleaning the base camp, site surveillance and management of construction waste. The services include regular maintenance of facilities, collection, sorting, removal and treatment of waste, as well as the installation of surveillance devices. Particular attention will be paid to compliance with hygiene, safety and environmental standards, response times, coordination with other stakeholders and the quality of the services provided.
