This dynamic purchasing system is created for a period of 48 months for the performance of out-of-warranty technical maintenance of medical equipment on call, including the prevention and repair of medical equipment and the supply of spare parts and specific consumables. Within the dynamic purchasing system (DPS) public contracts will be awarded through restricted procedures. The term of the contracts concluded on the basis of the restricted procedures within the DPS is for a period of 24 months. The medical equipment is divided into two categories: Category No. 1 Out-of-warranty technical maintenance of medical equipment in accordance with the technical specification Annex No. 1.1. The technical specification includes 256 types of medical equipment. Category No. 2 Out-of-warranty technical maintenance of X-ray equipment in accordance with the technical specification Annex No. 1.2. The technical specification includes 13 types of X-ray equipment. The equipment is distributed in separate groups and nomenclatures with regard to the manufacturer or their intended purpose and are described in the technical specification by type, model/brand, manufacturer and number of equipment, designated with their own sequential number. The deadline for receiving applications for inclusion in the DPS is 11.02.2030. The deadline for submitting initial applications for inclusion in the DPS is 13.03.2026.
