The subject of the tender is the conception, planning and implementation of measures that promote sustainable development in Baden-Württemberg, as well as the communication of sustainability activities based on the already ongoing initiatives, instruments and measures. This includes the substantive and conceptual further development of sustainable development in the state, including the development and implementation of projects that anchor the principle of sustainable development on a broad scale in the state. With the present tender, the contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement. Upon conclusion of the framework agreement, the successful bidder(s) will provide the services described in the specification of services, as required, upon request by the contracting authority. As part of the implementation, all measures must be coordinated in advance with the Ministry for the Environment and approved by it.
