France – Architectural, engineering and planning services – MAÎTRISE D'oeUVRE POUR L'EXTENSION ET LES AMÉNAGEMENTS EXTÉRIEURS DU COLLÈGE SEIZE FONTAINES DE SAINT-ZACHARIE

The consultation concerns the following services: DESIGN AND SUPERVISION FOR THE EXTENSION AND EXTERNAL IMPROVEMENTS OF THE SEIZE FONTAINES COLLEGE IN SAINT-ZACHARIE. The funding for the service is provided by the departmental budget. As part of the services subject to this contract, the contractor is required to comply with and apply the relevant regulations and standards. The portion of the financial envelope allocated to the works is 1 772 400 euro(s) excluding tax (Value March 2026). The contract is awarded through a negotiated procedure in accordance with Article L. 2124-3 of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with Article R. 2124-3 3° of the same code, the design services that constitute a significant part of the present contract justify the use of this procedure. In accordance with Article R.2172-2 6° of the Public Procurement Code, the decision not to use the procurement method of a design contest is justified by the fact that the present contract is awarded by a local authority acting as a contracting authority, and which meets a need with a value of less than 300 000 euros excluding tax. EMPLOYMENT INSERTION ACTION. The contract is subject to an employment insertion action (see Annex 5 to the tendering regulations)
