The Successful Tenderer shall perform the following tasks in accordance with Act LXIX of 2023 on the Order of State Construction Investments and Act C of 2023 on Hungarian Architecture:

Design Tasks:

- Design Management Framework

Tasks and Rights of the Successful Tenderer:

- Participation in the handover and acceptance procedure of the work area

- Participation in two on-site cooperations per month, based on the client's indication (the construction period is 10 months plus the technical handover and acceptance procedure, time available by law)

- Preparation of detail drawings related to design deviations/deficiencies during construction

- Evaluation of technical change notifications

- Participation in the technical handover and acceptance procedure

- Issuance of a designer's statement in case of commissioning
