Romania – Field rations – Acord-cadru pentru furnizarea de “Rații individuale de luptă”

The subject of the framework agreement is the supply of individual combat rations (excluding mineral water and compressed air for water disinfection), necessary for the feeding of military personnel from the Air Force Headquarters in special situations, in accordance with feeding norms. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 3 years, with a maximum quantity of 150,000 rations. The frequency of awarding subsequent contracts is annual (one subsequent contract per year). The dates proposed in the estimated calendar represent the intention of the contracting authority, not a firm commitment by the contracting authority regarding the award of subsequent contracts, on the assumption that no unforeseen events/circumstances will occur that could not be taken into account at the time of initiation of the award procedure, and that the necessary financial resources will be ensured. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/ additional information 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18.
