Netherlands – Construction work for school buildings – Realisatie Kindcentrum Wassenaar

Through a merger of two schools, SKOW aims to realise a child centre with a size of approximately 2,760 m2. The contract with the contractor will be traditionally formed based on the elaborated Technical Design (TD) by the integral design team. In the tendering phase, for the price criterion, a bid amount of €8,000,000, excluding VAT, and a ceiling amount of €10,000,000, excluding VAT (price level 2025) will be used.
