Poland – Forestry services – Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Sieniawa w roku 2027

The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in art. 6 par. 1 pt. 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 663 – „Act on Forests”) covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, nursery, seedling, and nature conservation, planned for execution in the area of Nadleśnictwo Sieniawa in 2027.

2. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the summary quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, nursery, seedling, and nature conservation resulting from Annex No. 2 to SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex No. 2.2.1. – detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No. 2.2.2. - valuation of the contract value for individual works; Annex No. 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in the field of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.2. – assortment structure of timber harvesting in the forestry; Annex No. 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber extraction; Annex No. 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and extraction; Annex No. 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Annex No. 2.3.7. - information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.4.1. - potential locations for the care of forest plantations; Annex No. 2.4.2. - compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out with the help of a planter.

3) The material scopes compiled in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 have an indicative character.

4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 3.1. „Description of the standard of technology for the execution of forest works" Annex No. 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology for the execution of forest works" Annex No. 3.3. „Description of the standard of technology for the execution of works in the field of nursery management" Annex No. 3.4. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology for the execution of works in the field of nursery management" Annex No. 3.5. „Description of the standard of technology for the execution of fire protection works" The detailed description of the standard of technology for the execution of individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.1. to SWZ and the detailed description of the standard of technology for the execution of works in the field of nursery management (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.3. to SWZ and the detailed description of the standard of technology for the execution of works in the field of fire protection specified in Annex No. 3.5. to SWZ form the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to SWZ). If the activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to SWZ or Annex No. 3.3. to SWZ or Annex No. 3.5. to SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information regarding the manner of implementation of some of the activities described in Annex No. 3.1. to SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the execution of forest works or in Annex No. 3.3. to SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the execution of works in the field of nursery management, in the special conditions relating to a given Package constituting the subject of the contract. The Purchaser does not attach to the procedure the Tables of Parameters for the implementation of activities described in Annex No. 3.5. to SWZ due to the lack of inclusion in the Tables of Parameters of activities that have been covered by the procedure in the field of fire protection.

5) Descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forest works (activities) constituting the subject of the contract have been described in Annex No. 3 to SWZ.

6) The description of the rules of the procedure for making acceptances of forest works has been included in Annex No. 3 to SWZ.

7) The subject of the contract has been divided into 13 parts („Package”)

8) The place of realization of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of Nadleśnictwo Sieniawa.

9) The implementation of works constituting the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forest districts – appropriate for a given Package („Package Implementation Area”). The location (forest address) of individual forest works constituting the subject of the contract indicated in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 has a preliminary character. The location (forest address) of individual works constituting the subject of the contract will be specified in the Order, referred to in point 3.3. ppkt 1), with the reservation that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

10) The provisions of points 7-9 do not prejudice the rights of the Purchaser resulting from the template contract on public procurement (Annex No. 12 to SWZ).
