Poland – Repair and maintenance services of medical equipment – USŁUGA SERWISU TECHNICZNEGO ROBOTA CHIRURGICZNEGO DA VINCI

The procedure is conducted for a contract value above 216 000,00 euro in an open tender procedure, pursuant to Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the contract is the provision of technical service for the da Vinci Xi surgical system with serial number SK7199, manufactured by Intuitive Surgical, along with the TS7000dV operating table with serial number 109340535. A detailed list of the medical equipment subject to the technical service, which is the subject of the service, is included in Annex 2 to the contract template, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ. By the term "Technical Service", the Contracting Authority understands the maintenance of the medical equipment covered by this contract in full technical and operational efficiency, i.e.: carrying out periodic technical inspections, calibrations, maintenance and adjustments along with necessary repairs. The detailed scope of the Technical Service is presented in Annex 9 to the SWZ and Annex 2 to the contract template, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ.
