Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Biologika-Rabattverträge 2026-06 - Teriparatid

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Teriparatid. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House-Biologika procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating statutory health insurances do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract duration is a maximum of 24 months, starting on 01.05.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 30.04.2028, regardless of the contract conclusion date. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the contract duration. The information provided on the commitment period is not relevant in this case and is solely due to the mandatory requirements of the form.
