Framework agreement for the public procurement of MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS, in accordance with the requirements of the terms of reference. The total estimated value of the AC expressed in lei, excluding VAT, is min. 271,37 lei and max. 1,412,627.44 lei. The estimated value of the highest subsequent contract expressed in lei, excluding VAT, is min. 271,37 lei – 706,394.55 lei. The quantities of products are those specified in the terms of reference. The products will be delivered with the characteristics and under the conditions requested in the terms of reference. The estimated period for the execution of the framework agreement is 18 months from the date of its conclusion. During the execution of the framework agreement, 5 subsequent contracts will be concluded. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
