The subject of the tender is, first, the examination of the success of the pursued corporate strategy based on an analysis of the results situation of the UKM and its reasons for determination and, taking into account the concentration effects within the framework of hospital planning in NRW and the KHVVG, as well as the examination of the completeness of the factors identified by the UKM as being critical to the success of the strategy, and, second, the identification of operational levers/factors that have a significant impact on the cost-effectiveness of the UKM without being directly strategic.
