The subject of the order is the purchase of equipment and medical devices, namely a laminar flow cabinet, a digester, and microscopes for the Department of Pathomorphology of the Katowice Oncology Centre, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Price Offer. The subject of the order has been divided into 5 Lots: Lot No. 1 – Laminar Flow Cabinet – 1 unit. Lot No. 2 – Digester – 1 unit. Lot No. 3 – Formalin Digester – 1 unit. Lot No. 4 – Double-Headed Microscope – 1 unit. Lot No. 5 – Microscope – 1 unit. The task will be carried out within the framework of the Project co-financed from the funds of the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 No. FESL.08.06-IZ.01-216/25, Priority VIII European Funds for resident infrastructure Action.08.06 Health Protection Infrastructure (Type II project). The Purchaser reserves the right to invalidate the procurement procedure based on Article 257 of the Act of 11.09.2019 on Public Procurement, if the public funds which the Purchaser intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the order are not granted to it.
