ZEAG Energie AG operates a district heating network in both Gemmrigheim and Landsberg, which must be transformed to be climate-neutral by 2040 (Gemmrigheim) and 2045 (Landsberg), respectively. This transformation is to be examined through the Federal Funding for Efficient Heat Networks (BEW) as part of Funding Module 1 (Transformation Plan) and a path to greenhouse gas neutrality is to be developed. It is to be examined which concept ideas ensure an efficient and economical supply and are feasible.
