Poland – Front-end shovel loaders – ZGOK/PN/30/2026 - Dostawa w formie długoterminowego wynajmu fabrycznie nowej czołowej ładowarki kołowej z ramą przegubową do ZUOK w Olsztynie

1. The subject of the contract is the supply in the form of a long-term lease of a brand-new, top-of-the-range articulated wheel loader. 2. The loader supplied by the Contractor will be used to work with municipal waste in accordance with the characteristics of the waste industry. 3. The subject of the contract will be delivered to the address of the Contracting Authority: ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. 4. In accordance with Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, it is prohibited to carry out a public contract with the participation of subcontractors, suppliers or entities, on whose capacity reliance is placed in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU, in cases where it exceeds 10% of the value of the contract. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 1 to the Technical Specification (TS) entitled Subject of the Contract (SOC), in the Technical Specification of the Loader (Annex 4 to the TS) and in the Draft Contract Terms (Annex 2 to the TS). The parameters presented in the Subject of the Contract description constitute the minimum technical and quality requirements expected by the Contracting Authority.
