Germany – Engineering services – Neubau Funktionstrakt Eschwege Tragwerksplanung

Within the framework of a long-term target planning, the Klinikum Werra-Meißner at the Eschwege site intends to construct a functional wing with approximately 1,000 m² net usable floor area. The cost estimate for construction work sections 200-700 is 15 million euros gross. The new building will be connected to the existing structure via connecting corridors. The key functional areas will be two cardiac catheterisation laboratories, the endoscopy unit and the laboratory of the hospital. Planning start: August 2026. Construction start: July 2027. Construction completion: December 2028. The building design has already been commissioned. The building services engineering and medical engineering design will be procured separately in a timely manner.
