The subject of the public contract is the procurement of a managerial information system (hereinafter also as “MIS”) for the Zlín Region, to be used in the healthcare sector. The subject of the public contract is: a) supply, installation and implementation of the managerial information system (MIS), in particular all necessary software equipment at all levels including the provision of all necessary third-party licenses, ensuring and implementing a communication interface for connection with other internal and external information systems of the contracting authority, integration of MIS into the contracting authority's environment, all work related to the realization of MIS system optimization, migration and validation of data from the MIS system currently used by the contracting authority, training of MIS users, supply of complete system documentation in online form including current user guides and preparation of an exit plan according to the tender conditions, the public contract and its annexes; b) provision of operational support for MIS; c) provision of MIS development and d) preparation of an exit plan and cooperation in its implementation.
