The subject of the contract is the construction of a multi-family residential building with service units on the ground floor and an underground garage on the cadastral plots no. 62/54, 62/55, 62/37, AM-10, district Żerniki in Wrocław, along with technical infrastructure, land development and related works. 2. The subject of the contract includes in particular: a) construction of a multi-family residential building with an underground garage and a service part on the ground floor, with the necessary technical infrastructure, connection to municipal networks and land development, b) construction of a reserve power supply electrical network, c) construction of ramps and a sidewalk along ul. Bieńkowskiego on plot no. 62/56 AM-10 district Żerniki, d) obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, final decisions on the permit for use and/or certificates of no objection to the completion of construction as submitted in accordance with art. 59 PB, e) handing over the object for use and active participation in the settlement of the premises under the conditions described in this Agreement, f) other works, which are detailed in the OPZ records.
