Framework agreement of 5 years, with an optional extension of 2 x 1 year, for the supply, installation and maintenance of the municipal camera system and network and related data services. Through this framework agreement, the city aims to consolidate the current camera network, further expand it and grow it in a future-proof manner through data-related services, with additional ANPR functionalities, speed measurement, image analysis, object detection and other new techniques that may become available. This framework agreement will be opened to other authorities in the form of a purchasing centre (see Annex D). The total estimate of this framework agreement amounts to 15,000,000 € including VAT. The inventory in this file relates to the Kortrijk case and is used for the assessment of the award criteria.
