The concert hall "Die Glocke" is one of the most significant concert halls in Europe and is internationally renowned for its outstanding acoustics. To meet current and future building regulations, functional and conservation requirements and to sustainably secure the high quality of the building, comprehensive structural further development is necessary. The planning is currently in the finalisation of the performance phase 2. As part of the upcoming measures, the existing buildings of the rear extension are to be completely demolished and disposed of professionally, Domsheide 4/5 completely except for the facade, Domsheide 3 partially, and parts of the Glocke. The buildings are protected monuments. The task is to plan the construction site logistics for the project "Renovation and Expansion - The Concert Hall 'Die Glocke'" in Bremen, including the development of the planning, technical and organisational bases for an orderly and safe logistics. The construction project is scheduled for completion by 2030 according to current plans. The redesign of the Glocke will be carried out as a BIM project.
