This consultation concerns the subscription of a Motor Fleet Insurance Contract for the account of the G.I.E. LOGIREP-LOGISTIC, acting both on its own behalf and on behalf of the other entities, created or to be created, of the POLYLOGIS Group, namely LOGIREP, TROIS MOULINS HABITAT, SCALIS, LOGIOUEST, LOGIRYS, LOGIH, LOGIH Normandie, CITAME, as well as the partner ESH LA THOISSEYENNE. It covers homogeneous risks whose subscription is usually carried out within a contract or a set of contracts. This consultation is organised through an OPEN TENDER issued in accordance with Articles L 2124-2 and R 2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The consultation is reserved for bodies underwriting and provisioning the risks that are the subject of the contract to which they are applying and for which they have an authorisation from the national supervisory authority to which they are subject. Insurance intermediaries authorised to present insurance operations may also apply in addition to these bodies.
