The purpose of the framework agreement is to procure equipment for medical recovery and diagnosis to ensure the proper functioning of the Techirghiol Balnear and Recovery Sanatorium, in accordance with the quantities and technical specifications in the terms of reference. The maximum and minimum quantities for each lot/framework agreement are provided in the terms of reference. The maximum and minimum quantities for the subsequent contracts of each lot/framework agreement are provided in the terms of reference. The procurement of medical equipment is organized into lots, as follows:

Lot 1 – Medical recovery equipment

Estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract: 6,042,665.50 lei, excluding VAT

Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: 7,509,285.50 lei, excluding VAT

Total estimated value, excluding VAT: between 7,509,285.50 and 13,180,678.00 lei, excluding VAT

Lot 2 – Medical recovery equipment

Estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract: 6,483,186.00 lei, excluding VAT

Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: 7,206,326.00 lei, excluding VAT

Total estimated value, excluding VAT: between 7,206,326.00 and 11,523,426.00 lei, excluding VAT

Lot 3 – Medical diagnostic equipment

Estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract: 2,048,652.00 lei, excluding VAT

Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: 2,656,077.00 lei, excluding VAT

Total estimated value, excluding VAT: between 2,656,077.00 and 3,303,997.00 lei, excluding VAT

Lot 4 – Osteodensitometer equipment

Estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract: 423,950.00 lei, excluding VAT

Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: 423,950.00 lei, excluding VAT

Total estimated value, excluding VAT: between 423,950.00 and 847,900.00 lei, excluding VAT

Total estimated value of the framework agreement: between 17,795,638.50 and 28,856,001.00 lei.

Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: Subsequent contracts will be concluded within a 12-month interval, or whenever a new need arises. The monetary value of each subsequent contract will be determined based on the needs that are the subject of the contract and the financial resources available to the contracting authority.

Attention: The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information is the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that these requests are made within the timeframe set out in Section I of the Data Sheet, namely 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
