Poland – Forestry services – Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Konin w roku 2027

The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 663 – “Forest Act”) covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and logging, secondary forest use, seed production, maintenance of forest facilities and tourist development (depending on the Package), to be carried out in the Konin Forest District in 2027. The detailed scope of the works is contained in the contract documents (Specification of Contract Terms and its annexes). 2) The material scope of the contract subject includes the summary quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and logging, secondary forest use, seed production, maintenance of forest facilities and tourist development (depending on the Package) resulting from Annex No. 2 to SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex No. 2.2.1. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No. 2.2.2. - valuation of the contract value for individual works; Annex No. 2.2.3. - glossary - brief description of groups of activities; Annex No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.2. – assortment layout of timber harvesting in the forest district; Annex No. 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber logging; Annex No. 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and logging; Annex No. 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Annex No. 2.3.7. - information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.4.1. - potential locations for the care of forest plantations; Annex No. 2.4.2. - compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out with the help of a planter; 3) The material scopes compiled in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 have an estimated character. 4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the contract subject are specified in Annex No. 3 to SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works", Annex No. 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each Package) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works", Annex No. 3.3 "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works", Annex No. 3.4 Tables of Parameters (separately for each Package) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works". The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forest works (activities), specified in Annex No. 3.1. to SWZ, and the detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works (activities), specified in Annex No. 3.3. to SWZ, constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the contract subject (Annex No. 2 to SWZ). If an activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the contract subject (Annex No. 2 to SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to SWZ or Annex No. 3.3. to SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information on the manner of performing some of the activities described in Annex No. 3.1. to SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works or in Annex No. 3.3. to SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works, in specific conditions relating to a given Package constituting the contract subject. 5) Descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forest works (activities) constituting the contract subject have been described in Annex No. 3 to SWZ. 6) The description of the rules of the procedure for making acceptances of forest works has been included in Annex No. 3 to SWZ. 7) The column “man-hours” (both from Annex No. 2.2.1 and from Annex No. 2.2.3) and the Catalogue of Labour Time Norms do not constitute a description of the contract subject.
