The subject of the Public Contract is the purchase of load balancing technologies (ADC – Application Delivery Controller) implemented on the technologies of the manufacturer F5 Networks, Inc., 801 5th Ave, Seattle, WA 98104 (hereinafter referred to as the “Manufacturer”). The Contracting Authority requires, within the framework of the individual invitations to tender carried out through DNS (individual public contracts), the delivery to the place of performance (including transport) of the individual F5 technologies (HW and SW components), including their accessories, SW licences, product subscriptions, documents necessary for their use, and possibly including HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance and/or subscriptions, if maintenance is requested for a specific individual public contract. HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance and/or subscriptions must be provided within the framework of the Manufacturer's service programme. A similar description of the subject of the performance with the required technical specification including the duration of the provision of HW/SW maintenance will always be indicated in the individual invitations to tender within the individual public contracts carried out through the established DNS.
