Czechia – Software maintenance and repair services – Selection of a supplier to develop and support the operation of the ESUP system

The purpose of this tender procedure is to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 8 years with one tenderer for the provision of: (a) development of the ESUP system according to the requirements of the contracting authority; the development will be carried out on the basis of functional groups (versions) in the form of separate contracts within the framework agreement, (b) support for the operation of the ESUP system, which consists of expert support and system error corrections according to the conditions of the framework agreement.
