Romania – Special-purpose motor vehicles – Contract de achiziție publică de furnizare a produselor: tip lot 1: Autovehicul pentru situații operative 4x4, tip lot 2: Autovehicul 4x4 pick-up offroad

The "Nicolae Iorga" Emergency Situations Inspectorate of Botoșani County holds the status of Partner within the financing contract for the project „Joint preparedness for rescue lives from floods” ROMD00074 - FLOOD RESCUE and the procurement of 4x4 operational vehicles and 4x4 pick-up offroad vehicles is determined by the need to consolidate response capacity in areas where water supply infrastructure is deficient or non-existent, as well as by the operational experience accumulated in interventions for vegetation and forest fires, where large volumes of water and the continuity of supply are essential factors for limiting the spread and reducing response time. In this context, the introduction of vehicles represents an essential element for increasing operational resilience, reducing response time and ensuring a mobile logistics reserve, indispensable in complex incidents or situations generated by extreme climatic conditions, such as prolonged drought. Improving and consolidating preparedness, prevention and intervention capacity involves equipping with the following equipment: LOT 1 - 4x4 pick-up offroad vehicle and LOT 2 - 4x4 operational vehicle. The public procurement supply contract has as its object the supply of: • Lot 1: 4x4 operational vehicle - 4 units • Lot 2: 4x4 pick-up offroad vehicle – 3 units. The technical characteristics and parameters of the requested products are included in the Technical Specifications. Any requests for clarification regarding aspects of the award documentation must be uploaded obligatorily, in SEAP, in the CLARIFICATION REQUESTS/QUESTIONS section. The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information is the 16th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidacies: 25th day. Clarification requests related to the award documentation will be transmitted only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated section „Questions” from the details of the award procedure in progress. ATTENTION!!! For the respect of the principle of equal treatment, the interested economic operators will respect the provisions of the ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the method of transmitting clarification requests and additional information to the award documentation / responses formulated in the case of the development of public procurement contract award procedures through electronic means (on-line), in the sense that the documents attached to the „QUESTIONS” section, WILL NOT CONTAIN THE IDENTIFICATION DATA OF THESE, since these will become public at the time of transmission of the response by the contracting authority! For checking the status of the procedure (suspended / in progress) and the new submission deadlines please consult the electronic platform SEAP. The contracting authority will not process requests submitted through any other means of communication than that established in accordance with the provisions of art. 64 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016.
