France – Demolition work – Réhabilitation et remise en état des sites naturels départementaux

The present framework agreements aim to define the specifications for rehabilitation and restoration services for degraded natural spaces aimed at their "renaturation". These services involve carrying out demolition and removal operations of equipment containing or not containing asbestos, as well as the collection of various waste, but also the performance of minor maintenance tasks contributing to this renaturation. The present consultation is divided into two lots:

- Lot 1: Demolition of buildings and removal of large illegal dumps on the Sensitive Natural Areas of the Essonne Department

- Lot 2: Maintenance and restoration of natural environments and collection of scattered waste and small illegal dumps on the Sensitive Natural Areas of the Essonne Department (reserved for ESAT)

Each contract is awarded in the form of a framework agreement with order forms, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount, single award. Firm duration of 4 years (48 months). The contract refers to the CCAG-Travaux of 30 March 2021.
