Description
1. The subject of the procurement has an indicative nature and is not identical to the description of the procurement. Only during the subsequent stages of the procedure will the Buyer specify and detail the subject of the procurement in the annex to the Specification of Procurement Conditions (SWZ), on the basis of which the Contractors will prepare and submit their offers. 2. The Buyer divides the subject of the procurement into parts: Part I The subject of the procurement is insurance: a) Property insurance, where the owner or user during the insurance period is the Buyer. In particular, the subject of insurance are fixed assets, low-value property, adaptation costs, current assets, property of third parties. The scope of insurance is based on the construction of all-risk property insurance; b) Liability insurance for property and business activities - civil liability for tort, contractual and concurrent with contractual (basic insurance). The scope of insurance covers all the Buyer's activities, with particular consideration of tram communication activities. Part II The subject of the procurement is liability insurance for property and business activities - civil liability for tort, contractual and concurrent with contractual (excess insurance). The scope of insurance covers all the Buyer's activities, with particular consideration of tram communication activities. The scope of the excess policy also includes certain extensions of the scope of the basic policy, in particular: a) damages to immovable properties used by the Buyer, b) damages to the Buyer's employees, c) damages caused by the Buyer's subcontractors. Part III The subject of the procurement is insurance against the risks of terrorism and sabotage in terms of property damage and civil liability in connection with the occurrence of terrorist and sabotage risks. The scope of insurance covers in particular: a) property damage caused by the occurrence of the risk of terrorism and/or sabotage; b) civil liability in connection with the occurrence of the risk of terrorism and/or sabotage; c) property damage related to the occurrence of so-called political risks. 4. The Buyer allows the possibility of submitting partial offers, divided into 3 parts. The Contractor may submit an offer for one or two parts or for the entire subject of the procurement. 5. CPV code designation according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 66510000 – 8: Insurance services. 6. The Buyer informs that the Description of Needs and Requirements (OPiW) contains confidential information contained in: a) Annex No. 1 to the contract draft, i.e. in the "Description of the subject of the procurement", b) Annex No. 13, i.e. in the "Loss Record".
