Explanation: VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) supports its processes with the so-called CaLi platform, based on the Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solution software (PSCS). VUB wishes to outsource the technical management to a specialised firm, in order to guarantee the operational stability of the platform (Lot 1). Lot 2 relates to the provision of specialised support for analysis, testing and development tasks within the Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions environment. The focus is on the flexible deployment of experienced profiles for defined tasks, optimisations or temporary capacity shortages during the term of the framework agreement.
