For the construction of a new fire station, the site must be cleared. This includes the dismantling of all supply and disposal systems (separate construction measure "site clearance"). Therefore, the drinking water pipe and the rainwater and sewer drains for the buildings and facilities on the property should be rerouted outside the construction site of the planned fire station. This requires canal and pipeline construction work. This includes:

- Diversion work for the drinking water ring main, route length 182 m,

- Diversion work for the rainwater canal, route length 113 m,

- Diversion work for the sewer canal, route length 113 m.
