The County Council of Bihor, in partnership with the Regional Development Agency Northwest, is the beneficiary of the objective "Rehabilitation and modernization of the county road section DJ 108 J, km 7+522 – km 16+295, L=8.743 km". The need and opportunity for the investment objective "Rehabilitation and modernization of the county road section DJ 108 J, km 7+522 – km 16+295, L=8.743 km" was identified due to traffic jams in the area, on a road section that ensures the connection between the communes Curățele – Budureasa and the commune of Bulz, contributing to the improvement of road connectivity in the mountainous area of Bihor county, with measures to improve road traffic safety conditions and travel comfort being necessary, while also managing the reduction of pollutant emissions and the negative impact on the environment. For the implementation of the project, a Feasibility Study + DTAC + PT + Technical Assistance from the designer is required, which will ensure a high degree of confidence in the viability of the optimal recommended solution. The Contracting Authority has set the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, is 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The AC will respond to clarification requests 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
