1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of small laboratory equipment for the needs of the units of the Medical University of Silesia in Wrocław. 2. Brief description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is detailed in the Product and Price Form, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ. The contracting authority requires that the offered products meet the requirements set out in the Product and Price Form – Annex 2 to the SWZ and are approved for sale in Poland. In the case of trade names mentioned in the description of the small laboratory equipment in Annex 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with Article 99, paragraphs 5 and 6 of the Pzp, the contracting authority allows the offer of equivalent products. By equivalent product to the one indicated in Annex 2 to the SWZ, the contracting authority means a product that is in accordance with the description given in the "Name" column of Annex 2 to the SWZ and has parameters no worse than the reference product, meets at least all the required technical, functional and quality parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract. The catalogue numbers indicated in the table of the Product and Price Form Annex 2 to the SWZ are of an exemplary (reference) nature only and serve to specify the subject of the contract.
