The procurement procedure was conducted as a framework agreement procedure according to the Public Procurement Act. 105. § (1) a) for all tender lots, hence the Purchaser intends to implement the second phase of the procurement procedure directly with the winning bidder through a direct order. Where the subject of the procurement requires an unambiguous and generally understandable definition, a reference to a specific brand, origin, type of item, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark, the designation is made only in the interest of unambiguously defining the nature of the subject, and the expression "or equivalent" must be understood in addition to the designation.
