Finland – Cleaning and sanitation services – Helen Oy / Siivouspalvelut

The subject of the procurement are the cleaning services for Helen Oy's (hereinafter the Contracting Entity) power and heat plants, as well as pump and transfer stations, in accordance with the project description in Annex 1. The selected partner is responsible for the cleaning services, which include both scheduled maintenance cleaning tasks and unscheduled, separately invoiced and unit- or hourly-based cleaning tasks, including materials and supplies. The preliminary duration of the service contract is 3 years and, in addition, optionally 1+1 years. The content of the procurement is described in the project description attached to the invitation to participate. The documents related to the procurement and their content will be supplemented during the procurement process and the final procurement subject and requirements will be presented in the final invitation to tender.
