Poland – Legal advisory services – Doradztwo kompleksowe (prawne, ekonomiczno-finansowe oraz techniczne) i opracowanie programu funkcjonalno-użytkowego dla projektu pn.: „Budowa Sopockiego Centrum Kuracyjno - Rehabilitacyjnego”

1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive consultancy (legal, economic-financial, and technical) and the development of a functional-user program for the project entitled “Construction of the Sopocki Centre for Curative and Rehabilitation Treatment”. 2. The Subject of the Contract (SOC) is contained in Annex No. 1 to the Contract Notice - Subject of the Contract (SOC) with the Contractor, whose offer is considered the most advantageous, will be concluded under the terms specified in the Procurement Procedure. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of making changes to the concluded contract, on the basis of Article 455 of the Act, in the manner and on the terms described in detail in the Procurement Procedure. 3. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of Contractors conducting a site visit. The intention to conduct a site visit should be notified through the Procurement Platform at: https://zamowienia.mfipr.gov.pl/, and its date will be set by the Contracting Authority. The intention to conduct a site visit should be notified no later than 7 working days before the deadline for submitting offers. During the site visit, no explanations regarding the content of the Contract Notice will be provided. 4. The Contracting Authority does not require the submission of a tender guarantee. 5. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to first conduct an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then to qualify the Contractor. 6. The Contracting Authority does not require the submission of a guarantee for the proper performance of the contract. 7.
