The procurement involves the acquisition of security services, access control, aircraft protection, perimeter and security zone surveillance and patrol for Iasi Airport. The provision of security services will be carried out in accordance with Law no. 333/2003 on the protection of facilities, property, valuables and the protection of persons, the Methodological Norms for the application of this law approved by Decision no. 301/2012, the Security Plan and the Security Programme of Iasi Airport, in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference. The estimated total value is between: minimum 3,576,317 lei excluding VAT and maximum 7,152,634 lei excluding VAT. The value of the largest Subsequent Contract is 3,874,344 lei excluding VAT. The frequency and value of the subsequent contracts to be awarded: multiple subsequent contracts will be concluded with durations between min. 2 months - 596,052.83 lei excluding VAT and 13 months - 3,874,344 lei excluding VAT. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. The contracting entity will respond to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Contract duration: 25 months and includes the service provision duration of 24 months and 1 month for the constitution/restitution of the performance bond and payment of the last invoice. Service provision duration 24 months.
