France – Building-cleaning services – Nettoyage intérieur, extérieur et service des ordures ménagères (Accord-cadre à bons de commande) RELANCE LOTS 1, 3 ET 4

Cleaning, interior, exterior and waste management (Framework agreement with order forms) RELAUNCH LOTS 1, 3 AND 4

The present contract is being relaunched following the unsuccessful tender notice no. 2026-22 of 10 August 2026 for Lots 1, 3 and 4. The previous procedure was declared unsuccessful for the following reason: modification of the business consultation file, due to a computer malfunction affecting the Estimated Quantitative Schedule (EQS) acting as the Schedule of Unit Prices (SUP) resulting from the involuntary locking of certain cells in the Excel file. This modification being likely to have an impact on the conditions for the submission of tenders, the said lots are the subject of a new procedure.
