Denmark – Special-purpose motor vehicles – Genudbud TV-bil med tilhørende serviceaftaler til Vandmiljø Randers A/S

Vandmiljø Randers A/S procures the delivery of a specially built TV van with three associated options: service agreement for equipment, service agreement for the van, and the purchase of an additional TV van within 4 years (without associated service agreement(s)). Requirements for the TV van and options are outlined in Annex 2, specification document.

The agreement for the delivery of the TV van enters into force upon the parties' signatures. Delivery of a fully completed and functional TV van must take place no later than the delivery date specified by the winning bidder in Annex 1, bid list, at the time of bid submission.

The service agreement(s) (options 1 and 2) enter into force on the first day of the following month after the ordering party's notification of the use of the option, unless the ordering party specifies a later date. Option 3 must be utilized within 4 years.

The contract is awarded based on the economically most advantageous tender according to the award criterion "price and quality," where price accounts for 30% and quality accounts for 70%. For the quality assessment, the bidder must deliver a test van for user testing, which takes place on 04-11-2026. See tender conditions section 6.3 regarding the user test. The ordering party will notify the bidder of the time for the delivery of the test van by 29-10-2026 at the latest, by the end of the working day (expectedly before 15:00).

The value of the delivery of the TV van and three options is estimated at a total of 6,080,000 DKK.

It is the responsibility of the bidder at all times to orient themselves and read the complete tender material, and bidders are encouraged to ensure that bids are prepared based on the fully valid tender material.
