France – Photocopier maintenance services – LOCATION ET MAINTENANCE DE PHOTOCOPIEURS

The present consultation concerns the leasing, delivery, installation, user training and maintenance of black & white and colour photocopiers. Article 2. Lots The framework agreement is divided into lots as follows: Lot 1 “Leasing and maintenance of 41 multifunction black and white photocopiers for the City services and schools” Lot 2 “Leasing and maintenance of a colour and B&W multifunction photocopier for the Communication service” Lot 3 “Leasing and maintenance of a colour and B&W multifunction photocopier for the General Services” A candidate may submit a tender for each of the lots. The contracting authority does not limit the number of lots for which a candidate may tender, nor the number of lots that may be awarded to a single candidate. Article 3. Annual minimum - maximum amounts: Lot 1 “Leasing and maintenance of 41 multifunction black and white photocopiers for the City services and schools” The annual minimum amount: € 12 000,00 excl. VAT The annual maximum amount: € 50 000,00 excl. VAT Lot 2 “Leasing and maintenance of a colour and B&W multifunction photocopier for the Communication service” The annual minimum amount: € 4 000,00 excl. VAT The annual maximum amount: € 20 000,00 excl. VAT Lot 3 “Leasing and maintenance of a colour and B&W multifunction photocopier for the General Services” The annual minimum amount: € 3 000,00 excl. VAT The annual maximum amount: € 15 000,00 excl. VAT
