Norway – Inspection of ventilation system – Ventilation services and accompanying materials.

Horten municipality and Horten Havnevesen have 170 ventilation aggregates divided between 70 buildings. In addition there are a number of smaller exhaust fans. The municipality also has approx. 150 smaller air-to-air heat pumps, refrigeration systems and DX machines. The systems are a mix of newer and older models. The number of installations may change during the agreement period. Horten municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement to cover the municipality ́s ongoing need for operation and maintenance for ventilation services and associated materials. The municipality may need to purchase materials for work carried out by its own employees. The need is to ensure operational security in municipal buildings as well as heating and air quality, with the accompanying good inside climate as well as energy economic systems. The framework agreement shall keep the focus on laws and guidelines, and user satisfaction in the buildings.
