The subject of the procurement is the award of a sectoral supply contract for the „Modernisation of the baggage belt system at the Departures Terminal”. The product description is available in the section „Terms of Reference” of the present tender documentation. The deadline by which clarifications can be requested to the tender documentation: 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, clarification requests will be sent in SEA. The contracting entity has set two deadlines by which it will respond to all clarification requests as follows: the first deadline is 22 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders; the second deadline is 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The two deadlines for responding to clarifications do not affect the right of economic operators to submit clarification requests throughout the entire period from the moment of publication of the Notice of Participation and until the deadline 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders set by the contracting entity. Depending on the complexity of the clarification requests submitted by the economic operators, for which the responses should be published by the first deadline indicated above, the contracting entity reserves the right to publish the clarification responses, respectively, by the second deadline set in the tender documentation.
