Exercise of construction supervision during the execution of construction and installation works for the objects of Municipality of Belitsa, financed under Intervention "II.G.6 - Investments in basic services and small-scale infrastructure in rural areas" from the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas 2023-2027, in five separate lots.

**Separate Lot No. 1** "Exercise of construction supervision during the execution of construction and installation works for the object: "Construction and building of new streets in the village of Kraishte, Municipality of Belitsa, including the following intervention objects: - Street from OK129 to OK153 according to the General Urban Plan-Regulation (PUP-PR) of the village of Kraishte, Municipality of Belitsa; - Street from OK125a to OK165a according to the General Urban Plan-Regulation (PUP-PR) of the village of Kraishte, Municipality of Belitsa; - Street from OK128 to OK182 according to the General Urban Plan-Regulation (PUP-PR) of the village of Kraishte, Municipality of Belitsa - I PHASE", financed under ADMINISTRATIVE CONTRACT No. 01/Г.6/01/003833-C01/26.09.2025

**Separate Lot No. 4** "Exercise of construction supervision during the execution of construction and installation works for the object: Construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of existing streets in the village of Dagovo, Municipality of Belitsa - I PHASE", financed under ADMINISTRATIVE CONTRACT No. 01/Г.6/01/003853-C01

**Separate Lot No. 5** "Exercise of construction supervision during the execution of construction and installation works for the object: "Construction and building of new streets in the village of Gorno Kraishte, Municipality of Belitsa - I PHASE", financed under ADMINISTRATIVE CONTRACT No. 01/Г.6/01/003849-C01

The subject of the current public procurement are Separate Lot No. 1, Separate Lot No. 2, Separate Lot No. 3 and Separate Lot No. 4, whereas, pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority will award Separate Lot No. 5 for the exercise of construction supervision during the execution of construction and installation works for the object: "Construction and building of new streets in the village of Gorno Kraishte, Municipality of Belitsa - I PHASE", under the procedure valid for its individual value, provided that it does not exceed 79 998,77 euros (156 464 BGN) and its total estimated value, awarded in this manner, does not exceed 20 per cent of the total estimated value of the procurement. The total estimated value of the procurement, including the separate lot, which will be awarded under the procedure of its individual value, is 41 899, 93 euros excluding VAT. After deducting the value of the separate lot, the remaining value of the procurement for announcement amounts to 35 371.85 euros excluding VAT.

The subject of the current procurement is the selection of an executor to perform consulting services, which include the performance of the functions of a Consultant according to the Spatial Development Act (SDA) for the exercise of supervision during the execution of construction and installation works on objects for the needs of Municipality of Belitsa. The subject scope of the public procurement includes the following activities:

• Exercise of construction supervision during construction according to the SDA and other subordinate normative documents, related to the implementation of the municipality's projects

• Preparation of a technical passport of the objects, for which construction supervision was exercised during the construction;

• Final report to the Contracting Authority, pursuant to the requirements of Article 168, paragraph 6 of the SDA, after the completion of the construction and installation works for the object, for which the executor has exercised construction supervision during the construction.

In accordance with Article 48, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the necessary characteristics of the subject of the public procurement are detailed and individualized in the Technical Specifications of the Contracting Authority's requirements.
