The contract concerns the entire range of activities and orders related to implementation consulting issues, so that ProRail and/or its parts will function better. This involves a framework agreement with 4 parties for 3 years and 5 option years, based on the ProRail General Procurement Conditions. The total estimated expected value of the intended contracting with a maximum contract duration amounts to €40,000,000,-- excluding VAT and excluding indexation, price level 2026. The maximum value amounts to €46,000,000,-- excluding VAT and excluding indexation, price level 2026. Annually (as of 1 January), the remaining contract space (max. contract value minus realisation) will be indexed according to the contractual indexation clause.
